How Frigi-Tech
Works

Diagram Above: Condensor and Evaporator Coils
Frigi-Tech increases the efficiency in the condenser
and evaporator coils, thereby increasing heat transfer and thermal transfer
respectively. Frigi-Tech's polarized molecule bonds to the
metal inside the system, removing the insulative buildup of oil, and forming
a conductive protective layer that also increases heat transfer surface
area. With Frigi-Tech, oil returns to the reservoir and no longer
builds up on heat transfer surfaces.
Frigi-Tech is a one-time treatment. The only time additional
Frigi-Tech is required is if and when a compressor is
replaced or an oil change on a chiller. Then only 10% of the original treatment
is required.
Summary of Frigi-Tech
The Six Ways Frigi-Tech Saves Money:
1. Increases Heat Transfer in the Condenser (Up to 25%)
2. Increases Thermal Transfer in the Evaporator (Up to 25%)
3. Decreases Compressor Amp Draw 1
4. Increases Lubricity
Lowers Operating Oil Temperature 7%
to 10%
Extends Life of Equipment
Reduces Ongoing Maintenance
5. Decreases Peak Demand Electrical Consumption Costs
Increased Lubricity
6. Provides Corrosion and Oxidation Protection
Extends Life of Equipment
Note:
1. Usually 3% to 7%; Some compressors with additives in oil will not see
the Amp reduction
