The Product TriMax® is a specially formulated combination
of synthetic petroleum and state of the art synthetic anti-friction and
corrosion protection compounds. This scientific blending produces a product
which is heat, mechanic and shear stable and oil soluble. TriMax®
is compatible with all petroleum and synthetic oils, gear oils, transmission
and hydraulic fluids.
While many other additive products make claim to contain no Teflon®,
graphite or molybdenum, TriMax® outstrips all of those. In addition
to being free of any of these contaminants, it is not formulated with sulfur,
phosphorous or any solvents.
TriMax® is a high performance, molecularly bonding metal conditioning
additive package that imparts extraordinary capabilities to any lubricant
in which it is used. ASTM testing validates virtually any requirement of
industry and the private sector.
For industrialists looking to preserve machinery, reduce operating costs,
reduce downtime to the PM schedule, and increase productionÉthe answer
is TriMax®. Design tolerances are not altered nor are seals,
gaskets or plugs affected. Power transmission equipment can effectively
operate at both high and low temperature extremes.
TriMax® excels in contaminated environments as it allows equipment
to continue to function in spite of contamination by water, solvents or
solid particles. This will significantly reduce the risk of catastrophic
failure. It enhances survivability of essential equipment even when
there is a loss of the primary lubricant. This is a function of the extraordinary
ability of TriMax® to retain the oil film on metal surfaces.
As a result, the film strength of the lubricant package far exceeds primary
lubricant specification. Lubricant drip-down time increases from a nominal
4 hours to over a year. This eliminates dry start-up damageÉthe primary
cause of pre-mature wear and engine failure.
TriMax® does not contain Teflon®, graphite, sulfur, phosphorus,
molybdenum or any solvents!
Environmentally Sound ISO-9000 Responsive
This remarkable product was formulated with the ISO-9000 aware, environment-conscious,
maintenance oriented industrialist in mind. Spectrographic testing will
show that this vanguard formula is the lubricant package of choice. Industrial
waste oil disposal will not be contaminated by sulfur, phosphorous or fluoride-laden
compounds.
No Serious Health Risks
No Safety Hazards
No Special Disposal Requirements (dispose as any oil product)

Use TriMax® with complete confidence in Lubricating Oil and
Hydraulic Fluids to obtain superior lubrication.
Directions For Use
Gear Boxes and Sealed Units: Add 2 ounces per quart at every oil
change. Do not exceed sump limits.
Air Compressors: Add 2 ounces per quart at every oil change. Hydraulic
Systems: Add 8 ounces per 5 gallons of fluid every 1000 operating hours.
Metal Working Applications: Apply a thin film directly to materials
for threading, drilling, tapping, drawing, milling or stamping or blend
at 10% with normal oil based cutting fluids.
Shop Use: Excellent full strength lubrication for air tools, valves,
chains, conveyors, all high speed shafts, electric motor bearings and blowers.
Assembly Lube: Apply thin film to crankshaft mains and piston rod
end journal surfaces, cam lobes and lifter feet.
Performance
The typical performance of TriMax® is shown in the chart below.
When TriMax® is added to an pneumatic air compressor's oil,
the volume of compressed air per unit of time, at a given pressure, increases
at an average 20%. This increased compressor performance capacity results
in a faster recovery time to the operating cut-off pressure.
When performance increases, the benefit can be utilized in either an increase
in output capacity, or a decrease in the energy cost to produce compressed
air at the same capacity. The values in the chart are for an actual field
test where the recovery time to fill the compressorŐs receiver tank from
90 psi to the pre-set 150 psi cut-off pressure, decreased from 90 seconds
before was added, to 72 seconds after the addition of TriMax®.
Applications
Pneumatic Air Compressors
Diesel Emergency Generators
Gear Boxes
Hydraulic Systems
Slurry Gear Boxes
Truck and Automotive Engines
Truck and Automotive Transmission
Truck and Automotive Differentials
Assembly Line Equipment
Metal Shop Equipment
ANY application where a lubricant is used and there is metal-to-metal contact
TriMax® has been proven to increase truck and auto gas mileage
between 15 to 20% due to the products ability to virtually eliminate light-to-metal
contact.
Treating emergency diesel engines with TriMax® stops dry start
up therefore prolonging the generators diesel engine life. Preventive maintenance
as well as equipment breakdowns are reduced with TriMax®. It
is inexpensive and once used becomes invaluable to industry.
TriMax® in gas or diesel vehicles of private vehicle owners
and fleet garage managers now have the ability to drastically reduce
wear on engines and drive trains (reducing trips to the service garage),
improve fuel mileage and lessen exhaust emissions. Oil analysis will clearly
indicate that lubricant life is being extended.
Year-After-Year

Product Warranty
The manufacturer warrants that its TriMax® lubricant contains
no harmful ingredients that might damage metal, seals or gasket materials
and will not cause material damage to any mechanically sound equipment
when used in compliance with the company's recommendations and instructions.
Equipment manufacturer's maintenance criteria are
to be followed as per the maintenance manual.
TriMax® will positively affect bottom line expenditures
shortly after initial application.
Managers can prolong equipment life, reduce down time and help protect
against catastrophic failure. It will reduce expenditures for capital equipment
and reduce energy costs.
