The WP Store Press website offerings are supposed to be “ready to install and make money”. I know better, but figured I could make them work if they had all the bells and whistles.
Well, it did not work without a lot of tweaking and adding additional plug ins, CSS tweaking, Amazon import problems and many, many other issues.
After about a week of headaches and extremely poor customer support, I asked for a refund.
25 days later I get the refund, but AFTER I filed a complaint with PayPal. $9.95 is not a lot of money to go after, but it is the principal of the offering and failure to give refunds when asked for. Totally ignoring you as if you are a pest.
MPest? I am pissed! Do not buy anything from this company.
